About the Registry This international registry of the Transobturator (Obtryx) & Transvaginal (Advantage) procedures is open to 70 clinical institutions worldwide. It will cover 50 centers conducting the Obtryx procedure & 20 centers using both, Obtryx & Advantage.   The registry offers a physician the oppurtunity to collect data at various intervals on patients after Obtryx or Advantage procedures. In addition it allows a physician to compare his outcomes using both procedures in consecutive patients.   Obtryx & Advantage delivery systems feature the Advantage mesh that is designed to offer the surgeon a distinctive & versatile approach to treating SUI.
